These cufflinks are made from a once used whiskey barrels. They are made from either the charred inside of the barrel or the “clean” section behind the charred ash, and carefully rounded. The processes of making them round takes considerably more time than cutting them as squares, so they do cost a little more. Each pair is carefully sealed to keep the ash contained so that it won’t come off on clothing. The charred pieces are black, the “clean cut” pieces are brown. Since these are made from old, used wooden whiskey barrels, the texture will vary on the charred pieces, and the grain pattern will vary on the clean cut pieces.
They can be made with gold, chrome, or antique brass finished metal. They will ship in a brown kraft style box (pictured in the additional photos).
